A seminar entitled "Impact and challenges of the economic crisis on Human Resource Management in the public sector" will take place in Tallinn, Estonia, on 4 and 5 February 2010. It is a to follow up the 5th Annual Public Management Summer Institute on "Restructuring Government to Overcome Crisis"  and is organised by the Ministry of Finance of Estonia, the State Chancellery of Latvia, the Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine and the Institute of Administrative Science "Paul Negulescu” in Romania.

- 28 December 2009 for applicants who will need visa to travel to Estonia

- 5 January 2010 for applicants who will not need visa to travel to Estonia
